
The St. Jacques bell tower
We are pleased to announce that after 2.5 years of construction, restoration of the St. Jacques bell tower was completed this month. This project began a decade ago and DFS Inc. is extremely proud to have been involved from the beginning in the reestablishment of this cherished Montreal landmark. Grey Nuns Old Monastery Chapel
We are delighted to announce that the Renovation project of the Grey Nuns old Monastery Chapel has received the Award of Excellence from the Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals in Conservation - Architecture category.
Congratulations to Mr. Istvan Kovacs, Senior Associate Architect and his team for the excellent work!

Some great news to share!
We have just received the news that we obtained the highest score in the SQI Selection Committee Review which recommended our consortium (ABCP/ Architecture49/ DFS) for the procurement of architectural services for the Gérard-D.-Levesque Building located 12 Louis St, QC.
This edifice, influenced by the Second Empire and built between 1883 and 1887, is listed on the Cultural Heritage Register and is a prestigious and large scope project. A recent article was published about it on the CBC website (May 17th, 2019).
